Counselling Services
I provide counselling for individuals in person or online. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space to help you to explore your feelings and can support you in working through any issues you wish to bring.
I will initially work from a person-centered approach, actively listening in a non-judgemental way. The sessions can be ongoing and I will have regular check-ins with you as to how you feel the sessions are going and what you want to work on.
I am able to work with most presenting issues and suggest an initial phone call to check whether we would be a good fit to work together and what you're hoping to achieve through counselling.
