Hello, I'm Jane. I'm so glad you're here — whether this is your first time exploring counselling or you're looking for the right support, I'd be honoured to help you through this journey.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, or the impact of past experiences, counselling can give you space to talk openly — without judgement — and at your own pace.
I work with people experiencing a wide range of challenges, including:
Starting counselling can feel daunting, especially if you've never done it before. You might be wondering what to say, whether your problems are “serious enough”, or if counselling will really help. My role is to offer you a safe, confidential and supportive environment where you can explore whatever is troubling you — without judgement, no pressure, no expectations.
I offer person-centred counselling, which means our work is guided by you. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to support you with empathy, respect and understanding.
There is no “right” way to do counselling. We'll move at a pace that suits you, focusing on what matters most to you.

Convenient video sessions from the comfort of your own space, maintaining the same level of care and professionalism.
One-on-one sessions tailored to your unique needs, challenges, and goals.
You don't need to prepare anything or have it all figured out. Many people worry about this, but there's no "right" way to start. We'll begin wherever feels comfortable for you, and I'll be there to gently guide the conversation if you need support.
That's completely okay. Counselling is a safe space for all your feelings — tears, frustration, silence, or anything else. There's no judgment here, and you're never under pressure to share more than you're ready to.
Yes. Everything we discuss stays between us, except in very rare circumstances where there's a risk of harm. I take your privacy seriously, and confidentiality is a cornerstone of our work together.
Change often happens gradually. You might notice small shifts in how you feel, think, or respond to situations. We'll regularly check in together about how things are going, and you're always in control of the pace and direction.
Reaching out for support can be difficult — but it's often the most important step. If you'd like to find out whether counselling with me feels right for you, I'd welcome you to get in touch and book an initial session.
